Treasure Hunting Reward

Received an email that I had won 100 Gold Bars for passing 10 levels, however when I click the link to collect my reward, I get taken to the game but no bars have been credited to my account. How do I collect?

FYI: I play on my laptop and already had 200+ bars when I received this email on 5/25.

Be sure to name the game you where awarded the 100 Gold Bars on. Along, with your User ID#.

To find User ID# on Candy Crush Soda Saga, Win 10 PC - Desktop App:

Click on "Cog Wheel" opening page bottom left - You get this screen:

Click on "Bottom Left King Icon", where 6 icons listed.

Next screen at the very top it will say "King", click on that logo, you get your "User ID#".

The User ID# is the same on all of Kings Games, that you play.
