BGH, NOW or NEVER...
First, my feeling there was a competition between Saga and Soda for the REVENUE. And BGH is one of reasons for Soda gamers did not often buy boosters or GB from shop. Everyone playing Soda from begining will noticed the prizes of BGH went down drastically.
Well, a company have to generated income to survive and be competitive, that always the highest priority, which I totally argree.
However, there few things was overlooked.
First, Timing. There was a huge window for "Social distance" where your customers at home should have spent time enjoy your products, instead of come in here asking for BGH :). I wonder that how many customers already give up, looking for new things!
Second, Marketing. Last week, I stop by ZYNGA games to see that they give away prizes, just to whom willing to spent few minutes watching "commercial advertizing". And yet, I saw King spent a big budget just to promote Sega (not Soda, or any other) there.
I wonder why... King doesn't want to learn from the competitor, and keep the customers.
Just a few thought.

Not a "new bee" I am level2729, Bubble gum hill helps to get gold bars and lollipos, will it be back or not? If not or something similar, ....one less playing too if not...DELETE the game if not resolved by this weekend, I am tired of waiting for you , King games, to sort out your issues
