Why can't I support my team with lives?

slight problems with my team in soda crush means I cannot send anybody lives there s always a popup saying technical error try later again.... I am trying for two days now...

Oh my, I don’t know what’s going on. Maybe it’s a server issue or something. Try clearing cache and cookies and then restarting your device and see if it works for you.

Have you tried logging out of the game and clearing the cache in the app? You'll also need to turn your phone off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. After you turn in back on, go look for an update to the app. Sometimes the game gets out of sync, especially if there is an update waiting.
