How to stop receiving e-mail notification

When someone posts a comment on a discussion I've previously commented on.

I'm getting overwhelmed with e-mail notifications and want to stop receiving them.

Follow these steps to "change the Notification" settings::

Click on your picture icon that is located in the top right corner of this page ---> Click on "Edit Profile" ---> Click on "Notification Preferences" that is located in the right pane ---> "Un-check" both of the options at the last point - "notify me when people comment on the discussions I have participated on" ---> Don't forget to "Save Preferences".

You can change the preferences of the notifications.

Click on your avatar an you see the ‘bell’, click on it

Click on the adjustments icon on the right side:

You see the preferences, you can change them and save the changes. Done!
