As explained by spinnifix , community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues. You have to contact player support directly from your game and they have your purchase history. Hopefully a positive action will be taken in your favour.
I bought +5 movements on level 363, I had 12 golden bars. It kept loading and then appeared q message of error with the store BUT IT KEPT MY 10 BARS AND I DIDN'T USE IT! 🤯😭

Do you mean, "The Noble and Royal Path"? Believe it is the "The Royal Path" that costs to open it, "The Noble Path" is free. Or requires, 6 Stars for each of the 10 Tiers to do it.
