    Hello!

    I don't see much problem in the pic, except it may be the internet problem.

    Sometimes King games have a little problem on internet things like you have the internet but it shows that you aren't connected...

    Same thing happens to me sometimes too~

    But it gets back to normal after a lil while, You just have to wait lil minutes for it to update your game status. But If this doesn't work, then try to restart your device and try again.

    Hi there Are only one problem

    internet is not connected.

    .There are some factors which can affect connectivity:

    - If you're commuting

    - If the area were you're located is not remote

    - if you are on VPN 

    - If your mobile data plan has reached the monthly allowance 

    i can suggest some steps which can sometimes help get you back on track:

    Android - Delete the game app and clear Google Play Store cache:

    1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings' 

    2) Locate the menu called 'Apps' 

    3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store' 

    4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache. 

    Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset. 

    5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.

    Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:

    - Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).

    - Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

    - Clear cache from your Safari: - (Super important).

    - Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.

    Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:

    - How to reinstall!

    Facebook:

    - Try the steps here. 

    NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.

    Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app.

    Hi @Adav , Can you do the basic troubleshooting ande check your game is upto date and log out and restart your your device then log back in and see if this resolves your error.

    Also if you play via an internet browser clear the cache / history and see if that helps or try a different internet browser

    @Freddy_Falkner , Computer network and router for internet restarted, cache cleared, history cleared. logged out, logged back in after 10 minutes...... still the same.... This happens quite often, but it restores itself after a few minutes...... this time it's going on forever it seems. too many problems on this game, it's frustrating......

    @Adav Yes i agree, i play on windows 10 app and seem to have less problems but i know where your coming from. you seem to have done everything you possibly can on your side so think its a case of hoping that its only a temporary issue

    @Adav Hi, you do not seem to be having much luck. Do you definetly have a strong internet connection, are you able to do a wired connection or are you playing via mobile device
