I was currently on level 1650, my app was deleted by my son, i installed the app again and clicked to carry on and it has sent me right back to level 1, is there anything you can do please
@aimee88 Hi and welcome, when you log in to you account try playing the first level and completing and see if this sync to server correctly and restores you levels.

@aimee88 Hi , i will tag @lolapop as im not sure how easy it is to recover an apple ID game. you still have a game ID so you should be able to use link above but . lolapop will confirm this or not. Apple ID accounts are a new account and different to king / facebook account
