    I know, right! I also don't have any of the good features. Only one I got is toffee's fair. The studio is not treating all players the same. There are so many different devices out there. The studio is constantly testing....so we just don't know who gets what. Hopefully one day, you and I will get some of those features other players are talking about.

    I also saw your other post. You might want to contact player support from your game app for those missing rewards. They have to power to do so.

    This game is both fun and frustrating at the same time.πŸ˜πŸ™„πŸ€£

    Hi and welcome to the community.

    First of all do the standard troubleshooting by, Log out, update your game application, Restart your device, and login again. By doing this you will be able to see all the bonus features provided to you in your game. And if you are missing some of the features which others dont have so worry not. Bonus features are shuffled and provided randomly on sample basis to different players and you can not do any thing about it. Just keep your game updated and be hopeful that soon you will also be included among those players and get some bonus features.

    Please Clean Cache Files Of Your Device, Log Out The Game Reboot the device and try to connect after few minutes.

    Be sure You Are Using Updated Version Of The Game.

    Hope This helps

    Bonus features Are working Randomly In A group Of few players.

    I finally got my gold bars from last week's contest on Tuesday. I've tried logging out and back in so many times. It doesn't change anything.
