Still can’t get lives from team

I emailed about this a few weeks ago and was told the issue was fixed. It’s still not fixed. I can only get lives from friends not my team. Also why can’t I get bubble gum hill??

And for bubblegum hill quest the event is provided to some tiny group of players on testing purposes. And if tbings go well and studios are satisfied with the reports then it will be provided to more players on bigger scale. Just keep your game up to date for all the current features available to you.

Hi all thanks for the responses. I always keep the game updated so it’s not that. I can see and send/receive lives to all my friends from Facebook. It’s the team that is the issue. I had no problems sending and receiving with it until a couple of weeks ago. Then one day I clicked on my lives when I had zero, which went to where it should say “so and so sent you a life “ and “so and so needs a life”. That was gone and instead it says “join a team”. But I’m already in one and I do receive the rewards when we get enough points. So then if I click it loops me back into my team, and if I click on community on the right I can request and send lives there, and I can see where it says “so and so gave you a life”. But to receive them I have to click on my inbox, which loops me right back to the original spot where it tells me to join a team. Definitely some type of bug.

i have been hearing this bubble gum hill will be back soon thing for months. No way it’s to fix bugs four plus months later.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If you have the same problem after doing this, let me know your game ID and I will send it to my team.

As you know Bubblegum Hill is getting very few players as a test right now and very soon more players will find it in their game.

Sorry for the problem that hasn't been fixed yet. I hope you have tried all the above methods and it didn't work as you said. So please post your ID number so that you can have a solution.

~And about the BGH thing, its not something guaranteed to last forever and many players are missing that too. This is not something just happening to you so please be patient till it comes, it will be back soon.

I did everything as asked and there was no change. The only thing that did change was I got an alert that said now you lose all bottles when you lose a level which is ridiculous. Anyhow still same issue with my team. I believe my ID is 1204633088. Thanks
