Try these 3 steps-

✓Update your Game To Latest Version

✓Check your internet connection. If it's slow, Try switching to Wi-Fi.

✓If any of the above methods doesn't works, go in your phone's Settings and Press the following-

Settings>Apps/Application Manager/Apps & Notifications>Apps info/Apps>Candy Crush Soda Saga>Clear Cache/Storage>Clear Cache

After this Reboot Your device

Hello @CJ-11 I am sorry to hear you have a problem with loading the game. Can you show me a screenshot what error you get? And how do you play Soda? Do you happen to be playing on a PC with Win 10? If so can you post your game id?
