Game Purchase

i purchased a pack for $8.99 and it said I was all set. But my purchase did not show up. So I purchased it again and after that purchase my first purchase and that one showed up. Can you help me with a refund for one of those purchases please?

@tiffanyconner Hi and welcome, The community does not seal with purchases as it contains your personnel details

Foe help with your problem please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Or alternatively use the contact us at the bottom of the page but you will need your game ID for this
