@Mijinyawa Hi and welcome , please check your game is upto date and log out and restart your device then log back in, If playing through a internet browser please also clear the cache. See if this improves your problem

Which device you are using to play the game. Secondly by restarted you mean Reinstallation of the game.

Can you explain what you meant by restarting your game? Did you log out? Or did you uninstalled the game?

Thank you, but i cleared cache and reboot the device but it didnt work. How do i clear history files pls?

I wanted ti start the game from level 1 so i was searching the internet on how how to that, luckily for me i saw a king webpage where i filled a form requesting to clear my progress data including the one stored on facebook. Later then i recieved an email and i was guided on how to do that. The progress was cleared but then i realized that my weekly contest score stopped incrementing.

During the process i was asked to uninstall the game from my phone and to send my facebook profile link which i did, then after a while i recieved an email stating that my progress have been deleted as i requested.

Hi once again.
Thanks for your feedback. I think you have to send them back the email and tell them your issue. As they have manually degraded your game to level 1 so may be they have checked or unchecked some box. I believe they are the right forum at the moment and you have to contact them immediately.
