Same sucky problem.I

It´s been a year.
How do I know ?
Because I only joined the community to find an answer to the same problem and lo and behold, still the same.
When I open the game in Facebook it invariably goes to the start of the board, and when I try to use the portal to go to where I left off, I then have to reload and hope.
My profile pic is there exactly where I left it, so obviously the game remembers where I left off.
Also it reverts to the old mode of FB.
This happens 97% of the time when I try to play.
I get challenges like episode race, but how can I compete when I can´t even pick up where I left off ?
I can´t even get the (by now) hundreds of lives that have been sent to me.
It sucks
It sucks
And it sucks even more than last time.

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in.
Please clear the cache. This is important!!

I don't like Facebook for many reasons 🙄. Maybe try playing other ways, now there is so many ways you can play this game. and yes, I think that is why we have glitches. too many platforms for the studio to maintain.
so, you got 1st anniversary badge then? one year of the same problem...all I can say is WOW!
