Help! lost internet to games

I have lost my connection to the internet for playing my games. How can I get that back?

Hello There. This is very common issue. First make sure the your game is up to date. Then try log out, restart device, and log in. Make sure you remember your password before you log out. If that does not work, then the problem is the game. you may have to wait until the studio fix the issue. Good Luck!

Yes try to follow the standard troubleshooting tips explained by ipete by Log out, Update, Restart and Log in. And in case if you are playing through web browser please clear Cache / History and see if it helps you.

please Clean Cache /History Files of your device log out from game and reboot the device. Relogin After few minutes.

Use Updated Version of the game.

@Scorpian68 Hi and welcome, If standard troubleshooting tips supplied above do not work and this is the message you are receiving. Then currently the only fix for this issue is to reinstall the game but if this is a mobile device then you will lose any stored boosters / lives
