Are you playing via web browser through facebook. Or you are playing on mobile device but your progress is saved through facebook.

- First, remove the game from your Facebook here:Β https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
- Clear the cache on your browser
- Close the browser (this and the step above are very important, to make sure all unnecessary data is removed) Restarting your computer before doing anything else is even better!
- Open browser again andΒ Reinstall the game

Please Remove The Game From your Settings In Facebook And Then please Clean Cache /History Files Of Your Browser . Restart Your device . And Reinstall the game From Browser.
Your Level Progress And Gold Bars Will Be Saved In this Procedure.

How can I restart the game to level one?

Hello @Callahan66 and welcome to Soda community
1 ) If you'd like to reset your progress the easiest option would be creating a new King account with new credentials
Log out from your existing King account- force close Soda app - clear cache- restart device - open Soda app and create your new King account.
It's important you clear cache of your device or Soda app (Android). Otherwise, data of your old account may merge with data of your new account and you would have the 2 accounts irreparably merged.
Or, if you don't care about your boosters present in your old account, you could also uninstall and reinstall Soda app instead of clearing cache. All data of your old account that is stored on your device will be deleted for sure (progress and gold bars excluded). So you would be able to create a new King account and safely start to play from level 1.
2 ) the other option is this, you could contact Player Support and ask them to manually reset your progress. Unlike option 1, your old progress won't ever be accessible if you log in to your old credentials. But you'll get to keep your boosters you obtained so far.
Contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play on mobile app then contact Support from here and if possible, make sure to also add your game ID so Support can locate your account. Here's how to find your game ID
