please help me - I have raised 2 tickets now with support about rewards not received and souf was helping me and I proved legitimately that I had not received 6 hammers and an hour of unlimited lives on last weeks bubble gum hill - but now I feel I am being ignored as nobody has had the courtesy to reply.
If you have tickets, surely they will come back to you. Normally 72 hours is the respose time. So have patience now a days support staff is flodded with queries.
You may send them a soft reminder email with ticket numbers marked on it.
Been a few problems with the confirmation email last couple of days. believe this is being looked into as few people reporting no confirmation email after also checking spam folder.
As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.
Did you get any ticket number on your emails? It's a long number that helps the team find each email. If you do have one, please send it to me on a private message and we'll look into it. 😊
