Server error can’t connect. Lost my entire game.. Please help

I did as Freddy said, deleted my game , then reinstalled it. Big problem, it brought me to level 1. What went wrong

How do I get back to the level I was on? I saved it on King

@Jaluca Hi, try playing a level and see if it sync to the server correctly and restores your levels , if not follow guide above and you will get your levels restored. This can happen but was only fix for your game. You will get your progress back

Sometimes it happens. Just login normally through same King account and try to play and complete a level as sometimes it take little time to sync the progress.
