lost daily bonus for candy crush soda saga
I am on level 3000's in candy crush saga. When I upgraded the game my levels stayed the same but my daily bonus went from 4 hours to 15 mins. How can I get them back? I have played for 342 days straight and now my bonuses are back to level 1. No help on this site to help me get them back. The game has the right episode number, but the daily bonus is wrong

Wow! That is very bad what the studio is doing to you. I never have 4 hours before. But there is a change lately som players get 4, 2, 30 minutes and even 15 minutes. There is nothing you can do or anyone can do except to hope someday the studio will change it back. They claim to be in the testing mode.🤷♂️
There are so many reasons(glitches) why you are back to day 1. Again nothing one can do.

@bluenurse Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done with this if it has reset to day 1, but you will still keep collecting your daily gifts. As explained above the studio is testing different versions of this so some people are getting 15mins other 30 mins and some 1hr.
To check everything if your game has updated to the latest version please try signing out and restarting your device then logging back in and see if this resolves the issue

Unfortunately daily bonus reset to Day 1 on this game due to this problem. (Mostly of players have asked this problem too)

Yes unfortunately this is a known old issue that sometimes treat calendar resets itself to day 1. Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again to make sure that you are getting best of the available features.
