Level 3

Hello, I passed level 46 and its showing I only pass 1 level on the weekly contest. is it not working ?

    @urbandecay Hi and welcome, The weekly contest has a few problems that are being looked in to. Please check you game is up to date and also if you play via an internet browser please clear the cache . log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if your problem still exists

    @Freddy_Falkner hey thank you for your replies, im on internet browzer, tried both safari and firebox and deleted cache and no changes.

    @urbandecay Hi If you have done all the standard troubleshooting tips, there is not much that can be done until the feature is sorted. Hopefully this will be soon

    In any case, check your internet browser for updates and your device (operating system) for updates.

    @Werner_Cichy Safari and Firefox are both up to date, so is the Mac yet its still not working, it was working prior to resetting my game to level 1 then it stopped working on the same day

    If you have the game open and it shows level 1, refresh the browser once while the game is open. If your game still shows level 1, you have to write to King Support. King Support can restore your game status.

    @Werner_Cichy no the came goes passed level 1 but the weekly contest shows I only completed 1 level when ive completed 60 in a few days

    Sorry @urbandecay I posted the wrong problem.

    With your problem, I suspect that the connection / storage in the King Server was foul. You can also report this to King Support. If I had a similar problem, I used to get some boosters to replace it.

    @Werner_Cichy thank you how do I support it, I used to not receive any boosters at all thats why I reset the game but the problems still exists so I lost my game of over 800 levels. not very happy.

    Do you have any screenshots? And can you please give us your player ID? You can find it HERE.

    Also, can you please try to open the game in an incognito window and play from there? This can help identify the problem. ๐Ÿ˜Š
