HELLO- Partial progress lost

I got to level 3450 and for some reason the game took me back to level 337. Can you fix it and put me back on my right level please thank you

You may want to try log out and log back in. Also maybe play 1 level, sometimes it takes awhile before the game syncs. If that still doesn't work, then recommend you to contact player support from your game app. They can help you.

@tanya42gipson Hi and welcome. Sorry to here this has happened to you, please try as above and play a level to see if it sync to the server correctly. If it does not work please see post below on how to get your levels restored.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
