Hi, I won 9 gold bars on the last gum run we had this week but I never got them in my inventory.

First try log out and log back in to see if gold bars show up. Sometimes it takes awhile. If you still don't see them, then you have to contact player support from your game app. Follow the link provided by the game expert above. Good Luck!

Sorry about your missing reward. But unfortunately community can not help you regarding missing goldbars. The only option you have is to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application and send them email. Contacting directly will give access to the player support of your game data and they will surely take a positive action in your favour by refunding your gold bars. Dont forget to put your game id and event name in your email.
