Space Race Tournament comment/recommendation

Here's my beef(s) with this tournament.

1) Unlike Fantastic Five only the TOP player is awarded boosters.

2) I NEVER, EVER purchase boosters and I am on Level 1359. I would rather EARN boosters than buy them outright. I feel a greater sense of accomplishment.

Which brings me to the inequity, with players who buy hundreds of boosters and navigate the levels quite rapidly with all the added help and me, who sometimes has to play a level over 50 times before advancing because I have little or no boosters.

I would recommend either awarding tournament boosters to the top 3-5 players to accommodate this unlevel playing field.

Hello @katlvr52 you'l find plenty of players here who aren't paying for boosters; me being one of them. But there are several ways in the game where you can collect these boosters. What features do you have in your game? BGH, kimmy's arcade, Rebuild candy town, toffee fair, bear brawl, noble/royal path??? U should be having the episode race where you get awarded 5 gold bars for coming 1st in the race, or teams.

Congrats for reaching level 1359 with little to no boosters 👏👏

Firstly please note that this is candy crush soda saga support forum and i think you are talking about candy crush saga question. So next time you please try to ask question in correct forum which i will provide you in the bottom of my message.

Secondly there are several bonus features available in the game including Space Race, Fantastic five, magic season, chocolate box , video ads, winning streak. System divide these features randomly so there is no way to proide any feature to any player. And not all the features available to everyone. I am never having space race.

I know a lot of players who dont buy anything and they have reached top of the ladder even myself never spent a penny and i am around 7700 level. Similarly as space race can also be played on previous levels so you can participate in it. I know there are more points 10x on new levels but this is how the game works. Appologies There is no way that boosters can be awarded to someone to participate in some competition. You have to win them from the game.

@katlvr52 Hi and welcome, I can see were your coming from but i can assure you it is not the case of just having money to buy boosters to compete in the space race tournament. I have only ever lost one on popsicle planet and never purchased anything in the whole game. Really its just a case sometime how far you are in to the game. There is one level for this that you have not reached yet but when you do you will know what i mean that you can amass a lot of colorbombs and compete with anybody whether they purchase or not.

Google search will tell you the best levels to play in whichever tournament b/ planet you are in

But the fact remains someone with 100 color bombs, 100 striped/wrapped, 100 UFOs, 100 coconut wheels and 100 lollipop who hammers have a MUCH greater chance of advancing quickly through levels and accruing points than someone like me, who never buys boosters and most of the time play without earned boosters. There fore there is an unfair advantage.

The player who won had over 5000 points, I had 2000. That says it all.

I like the idea of tournaments, but to be totally fair and level playing field, either give the top 5 players free boosters or have some way of accessing boosters used during the levels and awarding points based on that.

@katlvr52 I agree they can progress through levels quicker but for the space race it kind of defeats the object use boosters to win boosters, does not make sense to do this in reality. . ~People onlower levels can progress quicker than someone on high levels with level of difficulty increased, i am on 8000 and i scroll al the way back to a certain level in 3000 to play dexters space race as the easiest level to amass colour bombs is there
