I deleted app and reinstalled- because of server issues - now it brought me back to level 1

Have you try logging in? If you already log in to your profile and you still see level 1, then play one or two levels. Hopefully the game will sync. If everything failed, then your need to contact player support from your game app. They are able to manually do it.

Yes ipete has given you excellent advice if you have login with facebook or king account then just play and complete a level as it takes a little time to sync the progress.

But if you have no account on king or facebook then the only option is manual recovery which can be done by our player support.

@atsadler Hi and welcome, Please try disconnecting from Facebook and log out and restart your device then log back in to Facebook and then your game and see if resolves your issue. If not play and complete a level and see if this forces you to sync to the server correctly.
