how do I update my game?

I use iPad, updates are through App Store. So depends on where you downloaded your game from.

Hi and welcome to the community.

If you are playing through android, or IOS, or windows through app. For updates check in the related store. If playnig through browser you need to clear cache/history and restart your device. But for sending/recieving lives there is an issue which is being worked out, so have patience and try above steps and see if it helps you.

For iPhone iPad you will find any updates in the app store

For windows 10 app you will find updates in the Microsoft store

Android devices you will find updates in google play

Facebook you just need to make sure the game is refreshed as updates are automatic

A fair few people are experiencing this problem at the moment and think is was mainly due to a Facebook platform update.

All i can suggest at the moment is to check you Facebook permission settings. go to Facebook settings , webs and apps and check all your game and notification settings are set to active

Hopefully this will solve your problem, or this issue will be resolved soon
