Very sorry about this unfortunate incident. If you have purchased anything at that has been affected by this freezing issue please contact directly to our player support from the settings of your game apllication. When you contact directly from the game, player support will automatically get your purchase history for last 90 days and they will take a positive action in your favour.

To avoid your game freezing again always keep your game application up to date.

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@nverhom Hi and welcome very sorry to here this has happened to you , Unfortunately all you can do regarding the level is to replay it but as you have made a purchase please contact customer support and they should help you with this
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
