My progress did not save!

I logged out of my mobile app game and when I logged back in via Facebook (which is how it has always worked) there was no progress! If I play via Facebook on my computer I am on level 4726. Help!

If the internet is slow, you may sometimes face problems after logging in to the game because your game progress is not fully synced with the game app.

However, you can get your game progress back by restarting the app since you synced your game with Facebook. Also you can follow the steps below again.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device and wait 5 minutes > Open Game & Log In.

Sometimes it can happen try log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and play 1 level. Hopefully it will complete the progress. Otherwise you have to follow the above link by Mr. Freddy.
