all my apps and email are connected to my internet but this game. I can play but not get rewards as I can’t connect to the internet

Please do the standard troubleshooting by logout, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your problem.
If you have still connection problem and missing rewards. Contact our player support either directly from the settings of your game application or with this link.
You need your game id to do that.
