Kimmy's Arcade taking gold bars and not giving reward
there has been a few times I thought I didn’t get my reward but I figured they’d show up. It happened again today (after spending several gold bars) so I paid ANOTHER 4 bars to play again. After about 8 more bars I quit and, as I thought, I didn’t get my rewards. I logged out and back in and the rewards from the last game were added but none of the VERY MANY from the previous game! I’ve lost a lot of gold bars and boosters!

@jmeannd Hi and welcome. Sorry to here you have an issue with a purchase and have not received your rewards. Unfortunately the community cannot deal with purchases or missing rewards., for this you will need to email Player Support directly from the game. and they should help you with this
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

that so unfortunate. I don't know the fix to the problem. You may want to contact player support from your game app. But before there is a fix, you can get out from Kimmy's arcade before the end. When you know that you won't be able to pass then click on the prize icon to collect and get out before using gold bars.

Did you complete every task of Kimmy's Arcade?
To complete Kimny's Arcade you need to complete a total of 10 tasks and if you fail you have to use Gold bars. If you can't complete the task using Gold bars, the boosters shown next to it will not be added to your inventory and Gold bars will not be returned.
However, if you complete the tasks and do not receive a reward, you will need to contact our Player Support as our game expert has already told you.😊

I am just coming back to help you, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

I think the problem is you didnt complete the tasks.. If you find a certain task difficult to complete with the given boosters, I think you should give up and collect the rewards you already won or as @Sukanta_Biswas said
Because even losing once in the arcade makes you lose all the rewards

Hello @jmeannd and a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious Community! I have only recently received Kimmy's arcade in my game and I do find the rewards wonderful and very helpful. However as stated above - if you don't want to keep using 4 gold bars - you need to click on the present before you start the next round to receive the rewards you have already collected, or else you will lose them all.
I see you are new to the community so I hope that you will stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!
