Missing Gold Bars

I was winning gold bars and had 72 a couple of months ago and it went back to zero. Then just last night I had about 74 or so, and they are now back to nine. Why does this happen. Can I get them restored? My game id is Euler

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. That's important and start over.

Please play a level and everything could be there again. There is a time lag and the game is updating.

Please try the standard trouble shooting tips supplied above and if this does not work

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Your gold bars probably stuck somewhere. Please do the standard troubleshooting procedures provided by Spinnifix. If you still don't see, then contact player support from your game app. Good Luck.

Youu can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Missing items" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi I have twice contacted support over the last month about the 160 gold bars that have just disappeared. I haven't heard back from anyone. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my game board?

For lost gold bars you need to contact our player support. You will receive an automated email with the email you sent and you will need to reply to that email again by typing need help.

I have contacted them 3 times in the last month and no one has responded.

@Eulerexponential Hi and welcome, Unfortunately the community can not deal with gold bar or purchase issues and your only option is to contact customer support. There is a new bot response at the contact us at the bottom of the page so give this a try, you will need the email that the game is registered to.
