Unfortunately, skipping is not possible. Try to accumulate boosters. Play the events and get the daily rewards. If you get the right start booster, try again and again.
My advice is first focus on the peppermint sticks. When you have destroyed the first 2 the bottles can fall, see blue arrow. When the ‘water’ has risen, make combinations in the upper part where there is no water yet, see black arrow. Don’t focus on destroy the last peppermint stick, you better concentrate on the upper part to make combinations with the candy. This is how I did it, without boosters. You can do it, just find your strategy 😊
