Connectivity issue

Hello

On both Soda and Friends I am unable to get any internet connection to buy or receive awards. My internet connection is ok for Candy Crush Saga and other sites, so I would like to know what I need to do, as it is very frustrating. It just says "connecting" rather than showing the price.

Please let me know.

Some players have reported that they have fixed it by turning off the Internet connection for a few minutes with the game open and turning it back on everything works correctly.

Turn off your device completely and restart it. If you are connected to the Internet via WiFi, do the same with the WiFi.
