I have been playing Candy crash & Soda from the very beginning and a month ago i lost everything and the game took me back to level 1. What is going on? How can i get back my scores??

I have been playing from Facebook all this time. So i am connected...And i have already tried different browsers and still no solution. There is no "updates" on Facebook. I had the same problem with another game and they had to restore everything manually.. I was at level 2789 and now i am back to 1.

Hello again. In that case u should contact player support from your game and they should help u restore the level you were on.
