The easiest way, is to "Dispute" the charge. Most banks you have your charge card issued from, have online sites, where you can do this. Normally, right next to the charge, there is a option to "Dispute", if it is in error. A 2x charge is easy to correct. Or can call your bank. Give them the info, I will list below for you.
Also, it depends on "Who" you bought from. If the "Google Store", need to go there. If "Apple Store", then there, & so forth.
Finally, if a "King" purchase, then here is the info, for you.
On purchases you need to contact "King Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.
Here is what you will need:
*User ID#
*Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot *Or any issues you have, like "Error Codes", etc...
*Name Of Game
*Device You Play On
