I cannot use my 24 hour reward forYeti's collect 8 golden ticket challenge keep getting this message see screenshot below

Ps: I have 16 hours left and see can't use it please help

How about you do the following:-

Log out from the game entirely and close the app.

Then restart your device. If you shutdown, please wait for at least 10 second before turning on your device.
