Why am I not receiving my gold bars after I win the game ? I've won over 3 times

I'm not receiving my gold bars after I win like 3 times now. I only received gold bars once from bubblegum hill.

I am sorry you didn’t receive your gold bars. We do not handle this here in the Community but Player Support does so you need to get in touch with them.

You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button.

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

• Open the game app, do not select Play, but tap on the blue cogwheel
• Tap on the ? mark
• Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
• Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
