Password reset
I cannot log into my King account. I have tried the recover password with my email. I will get the email with the link and I'll follow it and when I do I am prompted to create a new password. I do so and then try to log in but it still tells me the credentials are wrong. I have tried it on both my phone and PC. I have tried this multiple times with no luck. I have attached a screenshot of the new password prompt.

I have had a similar experience witch changing password. So what I did:
- Changed password with another browser
- Disconnected game from King account
- Cleared the cache
- Restarted the device and connected the game to my King account.
I had to do it twice but at last it worked. Hope this helps π

Hi. Welcome to the sweet King community. Like Yosca, I also had this problem with the password, and the solution was the same. When I put the new password, I closed all the pages, cleared the cache, rebooted the device and when I logged in again it already worked.

@schong123 Hi and welcome, when you change you password , i would give it a little while before you sign in to make sure it has registered to the server. if you still have same issue resend the password forgot and try again with new link and see how you get on with this
