The Christmas promo on now
I'm confused??? I'm playing candy crush soda and I clicked on Christmas rewards and a deal came up for $22 now I cant completely remember it all but there where 60 gold bars boosters alot of neat stuff so I bought it. Money went out but I got nothing so unsure why and I'm not rich so this is a treat for me please help

Hello @angief67 sorry about you problem. $22 is a lot for me too. Don’t worry, we’ll get your purchase items or money back. First try log out, turn off device/clear cache, and log back in. Sometimes it takes awhile for the rewards to show up. If you still don’t see, then you have to contact players support from your game app. There should be a email link in help center there. Lastly if all that failed, you can contact App Store or Google Pay. They can refund you the money. Good Luck Angie!

thankyou for your lovely reply :). sadly Ive tried to restart the tablet and clear my cache but it still hasn't shown :( I was really looking forward to the rewards so will email the players support now
