What level do you have at the moment. It could be that you have reached the end of the level for the first time. There are always new levels in Candy Soda on Fridays. Please look for the update and update your game and clear the cache.

Haha if your stuck on the 100's you'l find plenty of tougher levels ahead. There are no special bonuses for reaching levels apart from the daily bonus you may get or the rewards you get from the features present. Collect as many boosters as possible from these features so you're not stuck with those levels.
