I was charged over $21 for a transaction that costs $5.99....please refund me immediately. The game would not continue and did not give the proper credits while playing.

Wow! That is a BIG diff @tonya74 there are 2 ways do this. First you need to contact players support from your game app. There should be an email link in the help center. If that failed or not fast enough for you, then you need to contact App Store or Google Pay. We are all players here at the community. Kings doesn’t trust us with money. 😂 Good Luck Tonya!

As King dont accept direct payments. All your payments come through third party.

Either Amazon, paypal, apple or microsoft deals with your payments so you need to check with related service provider. Or you may also check with our player support.
