@shelleyscnnei Hi and welcome, not sure what you are playing via but Have you tried the windows 10 app version of the game, as i also lost this on Facebook version but still have this available on the windows 10 app. This is a much more stable platform to play on aswell

I use windows 10 on my desktop computer. I play this game on FB. Is there a different version of the game? I play on desktop as my phone is too small lol. I am thru over 2,000 levels. I don't want to loose that. Any help would be appreciated!

When you say windows 10 app what does that mean? I play on my desktop and i use windows 10. I play on FB.

In addition to what the others said, we know the Studio have different test groups and this can be for devices and/or players. So many have asked about MTF and it could be they have changed groups. However, what @Freddy_Falkner means, he plays Soda on Win 10 app because itβs a more stable platform to play. You can play Soda via the app in the Microsoft store on your desktop. Hope this helps a bit π

So I downloaded the app from Microsoft onto my desktop, but i can't see most of it. I had not idea what is wrong. Any help would help. Thanks

@shelleyscnnei If that is a fresh download only thing i can suggest is to check your windows is up to date and also your graphics driver is up to date. Not seen anything like that before

I deleted and downloaded it again and same thing. I usually use Chrome but this downloaded onto Edge and I am not sure how to play it on Chrome. My windows is up to date but i have no idea about graphics driver. it plays just fine on fb. I am so frustrated and have no idea what to do next.
