Merged accounts

Recently I had signed out of my account to allow my son to log into his account. Since then, his account has merged with my own account. I login through Facebook, while he logs in through email. Any reasons why this may have happened? We've both tried logging out and signing back in and changing his password and logging back in. Please help and thank you in advance.

I just sent a message about syncing my iPhone to my iPad. I’m on level 572 on my iPhone but my iPad is not synching. I got a ticket number 10248319 and it was suppose to have been synced. I don’t want to start over in this game.

@Rustygirl1958 When you get a ticket number its to state they have received your message , then you will normally get a reply win around 3 working days but nay be a little longer due to holiday season

Have you checked your ipad and game are up to date and are you logging in with the same account details as your iphone game

@shay27 Hi Again, Yes both your accounts have become merged. Unfortunately the Facebook account will always overwrite the king account and there is no way to recover this. All you can do is the person with the King account creates a new king account and then contacts customer support to get there levels restored on there device.

Just to note that this can happen again if you did the same and maybe worth the facebook account syncing with a king account and then you both sign in with king accounts and prevents this from happening

How do I create a new account for my son if he can't use the same email our accounts are merged with?

@shay27 Hi again, He would need to set another one up with a different email address, do not think its possible to use the original one as this will be linked to your account now your accounts have merged

I will tag @Sukanta_Biswas as he can confirm if i am correct on the email part.
