I need help with my purchase. Have been having problems for months n months. I've contacted u on this b4 but no help or solution on how to resolve this matter. Can u help or not? I have not been able to purchase anything for almost a year now.
@jenniedu Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device nand then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. Also try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
If none of the above works i would try contacting customer support to see if they can look in to your issue
