If not play a level to see if this forces your game to sync

Let's see if we can get your progress back. Do you have an email account or facebook account to keep your game progress saved? If you do then the current level should be recoverable: try reconnect to facebook or log out/ in with your email and pass a level to make sure your game is connected to the server.
If you don't have an account then your progress is lost. In that case you should create an account and then contact Player Support directly from your game to have your progress restored. Please click blue cogwheel icon - "?" Icon - "my game progress" - then scroll down and click "contact us"
Please fill the form and send. Players support should reach out to you and then restore your current level
If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get back game progress by logging in to the game again. If you have not previously linked the game through any account, your game progress is completely lost and in that case you need to follow the link above which has already been provided to you by our favorite Game Expert Freddy.
In addition, the game can connect to other Facebook accounts because of use different Facebook accounts on the same device, and in that case you need to find the solution by following HERE.
