Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If you can't do it with the instructions from kiara, it could of course be that the King Server is currently not connected or has a bad connection to your server. But that will change you again soon. Such overloads occur occasionally.
