How about you can log out your account first, then click on "Force Stop" (from Settings) of this game, then restart your device and wait least 1 minute and finally log in your account before start playing that I hope it's worked too. 😉

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
