A suggested move blinks on screen but blocked

When playing, board will suggest a move but the move is blocked (ie wrapped candy in cage) Once there are no other moves it will blink as a move and board will not scramble therefore forcing you to give up and lose a life because you can't proceed. This just started happening in last week or so

Hello and welcome to the Community @juleshelkenn59 . Yes I am sorry, we heard from more players they had the same issue. Can you tell me which level has this glitch? I know the Studio is making a fix but for sure I would like to know the level. Also can you give me your game id? How to find your user id of the game, check the link below:

It would be helpful if you let us know which level is affected or whether there are several levels.
