I still can’t connect to this game??

Ok, I can’t be this dumb. How can you sign out?? I have signed out of FB and re connected.. nothing. I then tried to save under email and apple. Both nothing. I have updated, cleared everything. Still nothing. I’m about to just delete and start over but I don’t want to lose my levels. Where can I find my game ID?? This is what I’m seeing.

@karen228 Hi and welcome, Have you tried disconnecting your wifi while in the game and then reconnecting or changing from mobile data / wifi

Try to turn the device off completely and turn it on again. Which device do you play with?
