Hello and welcome to the Community @LKstorckman I am sorry you have the loading problem 😔. We have a main thread about this problem here.
Recently we had this loading problem with mobile but that should be fixed. Another loading problem is still under investigation. Always make sure you have your game and device updated, in case a fix is there. Also we recommend to do troubleshooting too: log out the game, clear your cache, restart device and log back into the game.

I had to delete my app & readd it Game kept crashing! After I reloaded the app and logged in it had taken everything I had extra !! 😡😡😡
