Lost bars end of level

Hi, I ran out of moves on the level I was on so used 10 gold bars so I could continue. At that point the game froze so had to restart the app but the gold bars have been taken which is unfair. Is there any way of getting them back please?

@Nottzgal78 Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue.

The community can not deal with gold bar issues and normally if these were free gold bars they are not replaced, only replaced if they are purchased gold bars, but you can try customer support as they may do as a goodwill gesture

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Try King Support directly but it is unlikely. It could also have been a problem with your internet connection or your device. But try your luck. Sometimes the King Support is goodwill
