Where are my gold bars?

I just purchased a package for $54.99 and did not receive my gold bars. Can you check for me please?

We do not handle purchases here in the Community due to the sensitive nature of your personal information.

You’ll have to contact Player Support directly from your game.

Open your Game / Tap on the blue gear icon / Tap on the “?” / Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars / Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on Contact Us. Then submit your claim.
